Laura’s background includes 25 years in healthcare as Patient Experience Market Director, Training and Development Director, and Consultant. As Patient Experience Director, she demonstrated a passion for leading culture change across the continuum of care. Her expertise includes professional facilitation, leadership development, strategic planning and process improvement.
